Text4baby is a free mobile information service designed to promote maternal and child health. To sign up for this service text BABY to 511411 (or BEBE in Spanish). You will be asked a series of questions (including due date / birth date of your baby) and once completed you will receive free SMS text messages, times to due date or baby's date of birth you entered into the system.

These messages focus on a verity of topic critical to maternal and child health, including birth defects prevention, immunization, nutrition, seasonal flu, mental health, oral health and safe sleep, Text4baby messages also connect women to prenatal and infant care services and other resources.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. To calculate your BMI, text BMI to 311411.
