Senior Business Analyst Client Services Team
Position Description
As a member of the Client Services Team, the Senior Business Analyst will fill a critical
role bridging system design and delivery efforts between Voxiva's Account Management and
Technology Teams and its clients. The Analyst will largely provide functional support for
various systems and/or applications by serving as the main liaison between business users
and technical teams to identify, analyze and translate business needs into system specifications.
Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, this position requires both a focus on
understanding client's needs and the skill to translate those into working configurations in
line with an existing solution framework.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Developing client relationships to conduct business analysis process for assigned initiatives and projects.
- Eliciting and translating business and/or technical needs into business requirements and relevant system documentation .

Key Selection Criteria:

Position Summary:
Voxiva is currently seeking a dynamic BD Associate to join the Global Business Development team to expand its sales efforts in the international development & health sectors. The candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of business development, sales and account management with a strong focus on proposal development. Working closely with the EVP of Public Sector and Health solutions to drive revenues, the Associate will help qualify and develop business opportunities into new contracts as well as work with current customers to grow existing accounts. Specific responsibilities include:

We are currently seeking an energetic VP of Engineering with proven experience in leading
and building high-performance, geographically-disbursed engineering teams to deliver our commercial software applications.
